Floor-laying robot technology: the P-Series

Our proprietary robotic platform digitizes and automates interior finishing on site, with accuracy within 1/32 in.

System characteristics

Technology pillars

Accuracy within 1/32 in

Unlike conventional mobile robots, Autolay lays every piece to within 1/32 in. Each placement is corrected against the room as it is laid, not measured afterwards.

  • Placement within 1/32 in
  • Corrected per piece
  • Laid to plan

Quality control by artificial intelligence

Open joints and misalignment are caught during installation, not at handover. The system generates digital quality reports compliant with DIN standards automatically.

  • In-process detection
  • DIN-compliant reports

Rapid deployment

Tool-less assembly allows the robot to be transported in standard vehicles. Operators use a web interface that reads IFC building models directly for automatic layout generation.

Safety by design

A hardware emergency stop cuts power to the drive and the tools, and the robot works in a room closed to unsupervised people. The CE conformity assessment under the European Union Machinery Regulation is in progress.
