1. Scope
These GTC apply to all orders and the use of our software services by consumers and businesses. Please note: Physical floor laying services are subject to separate terms, which will be agreed upon individually when placing an order.
2. Contracting Party and Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded with Autolay. Making our software services available on the platform constitutes a binding offer to enter into a user agreement.
3. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the data calculated by the software; these values serve strictly as planning guidelines. We are only liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence regarding essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage. These limitations do not apply in cases of injury to life, body, or health.
4. Pricing and Contract Changes
Autolay reserves the right to adjust prices for future services that have not yet been ordered. We also reserve the right to transition the software from a free tier to a paid subscription model. Such a change requires your explicit consent. If consent is not granted, access to the free services may be terminated.
5. Delivery and Performance Times
Unless stated otherwise, our digital services are provided as one-time deliveries. Final provisioning is carried out according to the details in the respective order confirmation.
6. Dispute Resolution
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
7. User Uploads and Rights of Use
By uploading files, maps, or other materials to our platform, you grant Autolay a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and modify this data. This explicitly includes the right to use the uploaded materials to train, optimize, and further develop our software and algorithms.
