No tracing

Click the room. Then click the next one.

On a 2D plan the planner finds the room under your pointer: it lights up as you hover, one click takes its outline, door openings already sealed. The corners stay draggable if a wall came out wrong.

“Add another room” queues the next one – a whole flat is a handful of clicks, and the optimizer lays every room in one plan.

02Configure material & pattern

Pick the floor — or define your own

Choose from common materials and plank formats, or enter a custom size when your product isn't on the shelf. Every dimension the optimizer uses is the one you set.

Four laying patterns are built in: straight, staggered (1/2), staggered (1/3) and herringbone — the pattern changes the cut plan, so it's part of the calculation, not a cosmetic toggle.

03Optimize the cut

Every usable offcut goes back on the floor

For your chosen material and pattern, the planner reuses every usable offcut — carrying each row's leftover into the next — to shrink your shopping list and cut waste. It still lays the floor the way a pro would:

Frequently asked questions

What can I upload as a floor plan?
A photo or PDF of a 2D plan, an IFC/BIM model, or a 3D/LiDAR scan. The planner scales it to real dimensions before you trace the room.
How precise does my tracing have to be?
Trace the outline along the walls; the planner snaps corners and squares the boundary, so a rough outline still gives an accurate area.
Can I change the material after generating a layout?
Yes. Switch the tile, plank or pattern and generate again — the tile counts, packs and waste update for the new choice.
What do I get at the end?
A laying plan and a pack-rounded shopping list you can export as a PDF, with full and cut tile counts, packs and the waste percentage.
